Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master managing development projects for multiple clients from initiation through to launch.
- Skilled in Agile/Scrum methodologies, leading ceremonies like stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification required.
- Strong experience in managing timelines, budgets, and ensuring team delivery aligns with project goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans, scope documents, schedules, and resource forecasts.
- Partner with Product Owners and Technical Leads to ensure team alignment and effective communication.
- Maintain clear visibility of project progress, independently synthesizing status updates to ensure transparency.
- Actively foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage with clients, build domain expertise, and drive results by understanding client needs and priorities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Manage challenging situations with professionalism and responsiveness.
- Able to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, success-driven, and able to work independently.
- General understanding of project management principles (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall).
- Experience collaborating with the business development team to assess and size new opportunities.
- Technical acumen to understand project requirements and support team communication.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and resource planning.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for client engagements.
- Contribute to the evolution of Agile processes, deliverables, and standards within ParallelDevs.
- Commitment to continuous learning and development of new Agile skills and techniques.
